Learning English With Adult - Learning English with adult is little bit hard enough, isn’t? Joining in a course might be an alternative, but realizing that the partner mostly more younger than us would be emerged a bad impact. A worst thing seems bigger than reality and then the target which is need to be achieved seems fade away. Have you ever find that cases, pals? Ups, we have had experience due that cases and that’s why we want to share our moments and experience include nice thing being happened in this blog.

Let’s break the cases per each slice, in order we could know much better with our emotion inside due learning English. As you see, we ever find a comment which is denied of learning psychology. Hem... forget it! It’s some cases which is emerged by me during learning English with adult (employe). Herewith, the details:

1.EMPATHY
The first time, if we meet up with adult we have to make them feel comfortable with the situation. It’s mean we should have put on the same seat with them, as each person has specific reason and target due attending English session or course, may be. Thus, listening all perspective in learning English based on their opinion, include some difficulties would be as good input. The technique in making question have to be based on our emotional quotient not as as question such as interrogation technique. It would be a negative perception for our sharing partner to us and gotta shock of it.

2.TARGET
Having known the target or aim or goal of our sharing partner would be a beneficial for us in guiding them to break their obstacles (see our previous article due some barriers). Each person will have specific achievement based on their background, a banker would have different target with a doctor and so a technician. Actually, we had had experience in this case in a few years ago. As noted, the English term truly different in each discipline therefore having known such as glossary term in specific discipline would be a red line in making conversation. Therefore we asked a lot of question for getting understanding their perception. This is sample only : price-cost, resuscitation, primary clarifier, and so on.

3.LOOKING OUR-SELF
In sharing technique, it should have better knowing the real condition our partner. Usually, we ask first due anything correlate the work place, task, job description and any idea, for instance their dream. After absorbing those information, we will make a conditional situation, as if we were being put on their place. What for? Why? It’s quick tips for imitating the conversation we would make, next. After giving sample of sentences, we direct to imitate our statements. It’s many times being spoken, not jut once. We remind that speaking English consist of our emotion too, thus, it would be nice to be heard than feel so plain.

4.OPPORTUNITY
There’s a lot of opportunity for adult in increasing their ability and skill. That’s why, start in the beginning we always remind that we do not share learning English only but insist of idea, the mind setting and anything else. May be it’s little weird enough! But, I have to explain in clear statement that they could learn English after finding their style, by them-self. They could make improvement due learning process without my assistance, anymore. What!?......I want to influence and duplicate my technique in learning because whether I can do it means they can do that steps too. ( I do really hope with that case!)

5.EXPLORE & EXPOSE
How to explore and expose our capability, then? Simple ones. Writing comments in this lovely blog by English language, though the blogger write in Bahasa. Wish om Hendrik loves with it!!! Why? It’s our time to enrich our skill, specially in writing. By writing a comment in English we would like to learn vocabulary, arranging sentence, give any idea and others. And, please try to reduce the negative such as expose our difficulties, exposing requirement for learning English. Why? The side impact only burdened our passion in learning English. It doesn’t give contribution after all. In other word, reduce C & B. What’s that? It’s abbreviation of claim and blame.

My technique in reviewing our capability such as ; open up our previous comments in this lovely blog start in beginning. It’s not my own but I thought the blogger really love coz the audience become more and more. By the way, we could see any differences from month to month. I learn the topic and explore by myself as we have had different perspective though same goal. Yup, I can see..... that I’ve gotten benefit by writing comments first, then contribute an article. It is sound nice, isn’t it?
