1. Alphabetical
It's a simple one but very important. Have you ever play spelling bee ? My be you ever see the spelling bee contest. It's commonly joined by kids but I thought it's good point in enhancing our capability in pronunciation. Why ? English and Bahasa trully different in effect in our face, nerve and others. Just practice it say A-Z in Bahasa then change into English. Which one is easier than other ? by correcting our pronunciation in alphabet would have a good effect in speaking then, even not closely to be native speaker but we feel free to say it. As consideration, by listening someone speaking it could be clarified the pronunciation is right or wrong being spoken.2. Reading
Why reading capability could be as a factor of speaking ? by reading, we will have new vocabulary, incidentally. Reminding vocab as we could do is an alternative to, but whether never being used in making sentences or conversation would be useless, isn't it ? Imitate the speaking style of English, usually we will find expression and response while communicate with others. There's much alternative stuff being read, such as ; newspaper, novel, article or just joining in mailing list specifically in English. Reading books by glimpse will give reference due some vocab.3. Listen and imitate record
We love to listen some kind of songs even different languages. I love the song of "Greatest love of all and hero", even we did not understand yet. While listening the song, my soul become arise and feel free. After knowing the meaning, I gotta laughing .... coz just realized the message inside. Sing a song give us soul and imagination. We ever recorded our conversation while giving introduction of ISO 9000, as one of the attendant truly bule. That's why we had to speak in English (it's really being .... kefefet).The other technique such as watching movie. Ups, we did like this trick. While hearing a good conversation or statement from the actor/actress, we imitate directly by smooth voice. Ha3x ... truly naughty (!) sometimes, it's make me easier to get the synopsis of story and get laugh quicker than translation in the text line being shown on the screen.
4. Confidence - telling to ourselves
Ups, I think it's such a hard thing as sometimes someone who already joining in course many years, having good standard of TOEFL but luck of capability in speaking. Based on my experience as we had to work with expatriates, we adopted the habits of them - by imitate we would have feel that were the same. Don't you see, that, by imitating the gesture of expatriates we tried to reduce our nervous and made comfortable as we could do. No needed to get inferiority sense by them. Unluckily, I could share all my memories and experienced the moment at that time for this blog lovers but it couldn't be transferred easily. You have to have opportunity to talk directly with bule or expatriates, for getting the sense. Then, just realized the difference, especially your soul and emotion.5. Reviewing target and habits
Last but not the least, we have to have a target, something that we need to be achieved. Without making a target, we would think that our activity is too routine enough and have no challenge again. That's why by joining in club such as English activity could be an alternative. By the way, we did it by giving a session to kids and employee who wanna be able in speaking English. I've gotten much benefit from it. The proved one, my capability in speaking become so natural as it could be. We tried to speak English as commonly being used, without arranging sentences such as doing a task due grammatical question. Ups, we never show up an English book. Why ? coz, they have tablet and telling to them that this blog truly as a virtual reference book !In spite of that, we introduce emotion/sense in every word we used, in order not too flat or plain being heard. The others, we could go to watch movie together or eat some food stuff (ice cream, mie kocok and others). Hem ... I think, we could go to pizza hut after this article being uploaded by Om Hendrik. (ha3x .... mboten sisah ngresula .... nggih) Finally, please do it with your own way and give some comments in English in this blog as it's another trick to improve your capability. Get increased or get stag ! that's a choice. Take a change and you will get a sense.

That's really helpful for their part especially that they were trying to have a better way on running a certain matter for them to give students a better way of education than what they used to.

Nice things.. It's really, really a simply practice to speaking. Somehow, I was learned speaking english with the same way as Mr. Mochtar written to us. I like the part when we must learn from songs or watch the movies with another language (all I mean is with the english languages). It makes us feel so fast to learn. Why? First, because we can fast learn it because we love the songs or movie. Then, because we can much, much learn vocab with this stuff..
Once more, I have to say "Thank's So Much" to Mr. Mochtar with this article. You're the best one.. Just when we write another language (I mean word bule) I think it would be nice if you wrote with "bule".. Etc. We can know what the different of those words..
